HRDF PSMB Applications
Yes, our course fees can be claimed from HRDF under SBL Scheme
There will be a proper transition conducted from process familiarization to documenting of SOPs upon project go-live. Resources deployed are well-trained and familiarize with the SOPs and processes prior to onboarding. Key Performance Index, SLA reporting and ongoing meetings will be conducted to ensure expectations are delivered and ongoing improvement plan are executed.
  • Login to HRDF Portal and launch eTRiS
  • Click on ‘Application’
  • Select from menu ‘Grant’ >’Apply Grant’
  • Select SBL from menu ‘Scheme Code’ > ‘Apply’
  • Then fill up the form accordingly.

Yes, provided we have the same class schedule in the following month or in future.
The training begins at 9.00AM, conclude by 5.00PM.
Wear comfortable clothes and be sure to bring a sweater or light jacket, as training rooms tend to be cold.
Yes, all our trainers are TTT certified by PSMB or MCT certified by Microsoft.
First and foremost, we are a Microsoft Certified Learning Partner, we are also the authorized exam centre for Pearson VUE, Prometric and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). All of our courses are 100% HRDF claimable. Our trainers have years of training experience and are experts in their own respective fields. Furthermore, they have trained many participants from small, medium to large corporations. What set us apart from our competitors is that we provide after training support whereby participants are able to contact our trainers for assistance if they have any doubts after the training or if they face any problems applying the knowledge gained from the training at work. Our trainers are more than happy to assist them in any way that they are able to do so.
You may speak to our Account Managers or even to our trainers for advice if you’re not sure which course to attend and if you’re not sure which level you’re at, feel free to request from us a pre-requisite test so that we’re able to gauge your competency level.
Yes, definitely. Our trainers are able to conduct the training in Malay or Mandarin language. However, certain terms or definitions might be in English only.
Yes, we are able to do weekend classes as well as on public holidays too. However, there will be additional surcharge for weekend and public holiday training requests
Yes, we do provide in-house training and rest assured, we do offer notebook and even projector rental services if needed.
Yes, we do. We can conduct in-house nationwide as well as outside Malaysia as long as accommodation and transportation costs are fully bear by customer.

We would require a minimum class of 10 registered participants to schedule a customized class.
