Our experience implementing new project deployment has enabled us to ensure that your outsourcing solution will be up and running in a minimum period of time – usually 4 to 6 weeks, but sometimes even less.
There will be a proper transition conducted from process familiarization to documenting of SOPs upon project go-live. Resources deployed are well-trained and familiarize with the SOPs and processes prior to onboarding. Key Performance Index, SLA reporting and ongoing meetings will be conducted to ensure expectations are delivered and ongoing improvement plan are executed.

As part of our commitment in providing seamless and uninterrupted services, we have a team of Hot-Swap engineers who will be ready for immediate deployment for new project requirement. On top of that, we have a dedicated Backfill Team to bridge short term gaps such as engineers on emergencies, sudden volume spike to ensure SLA are met.
We have dedicated engineers who will be dispatched onsite to key states such as Penang, Klang Valley, Selangor, Johor and second layer of support via collaboration with partners to extend our support for other areas throughout nationwide.

To encourage good attendance record, we provide monthly attendance incentive to our staffs. The eligibility of the entitlements may vary based on the nature of the project. We will also place the employee tracking devices to monitor and manage their attendance. A monthly attendance report will be generated and to be provided to our clients to have visibility of staff attendance.

We will create user ID for all our clients to gain access into our in-house web-based leave system to manage, approve and track staff’s leave record on-the-go.
Yes, all our hiring is governed strictly by the Malaysian Labor Law and proper employment contract will be issued to all our staff. JOMAN also compromise on the mandatory staff contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, Medical, HRDF and Income Tax as a part of the overall staff remuneration package
